Do you have a product catalog?..faq
Sorry, we do not have any print catalogs other than our online catalog. As we add new items onto our website weekly, we feel that a print catalog will not reflect all the products that we have to offer. You can visit our warehouse location or buy securely online.
How do your products come packaged? ..faq
For our jewelry and cell phone accessories, each is individually wrapped in its own protective plastic bag and/or carded and comes ready to be placed onto display hooks. For our home decor and figurine items, each is individually boxed. For our jewelry displays, each is individually wrapped in its own protective plastic bag and/or boxed. For our mannequins, each is individually boxed and protected with foam fillings.
I would like to see the quality of your products; must I order $50.00?..faq
Customers can be able to order sample items with a minimum order of $10 USD. To submit a sample order, you can either call in or fax us the order. For faxed orders, please include your contact information (name, telephone, fax), shipping address, shipping method (ground, 3-day, 2nd day, next day), and credit card information (name, number, exp date, last 3 digits on back of card).
Are the pictures on your website the exact items I am ordering? ..faq

What's a Seller's Permit Number? ..faq
A Seller's Permit (or resale number) allows you to purchase goods for resale without paying tax. If you do not have a Seller's Permit and ship outside of California, then you are not subject to California's sales tax. However, if you are shipping within California and do not have a Seller's Permit, then you are subject to an 8.25% sales tax (Santa Clara County). If you do not have a Seller's Permit, you can still sign-up an account and make purchases from HolisticMag.net. Please just enter "none" when signing up.

I'm an overseas customer. How do I create an account? ..faq
You can sign up for an international account directly in our website. Please go to the Available soon page, select your country, and click on Continue. If your country is not on the list, please email us and we will add it in. All international orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), unless otherwise specified by customer. USPS is the least expensive method to ship international, and will take 3-5 business days to enter your country's port. Once the package passes customs, it will be transferred to your local postal office for delivery. Packages are subject to custom duties, regulations, and delays specific to country of import. Please take note that large items such as mannequins and body forms cannot be shipped thru USPS. These items will be shipped by UPS Freight or by customer arranged shipping.
What is the minimum order required? ..faq
We require a minimum order of $50 USD.
What does "Quantity/Case" and "Minimum Quantity" mean? ..faq
For example, an item has Quantity/Case as 12 and Minimum Quantity is 6. Then Quantity/Case means that it is prepackaged as 12 pieces per case (or bag). The Minimum Quantity you must purchase is at least 6 pieces for that item. Quantity/Case is information for our volume buyers who receive discounts when buying in bulk and by the case (or bag). Is "Unit Price" the price for one piece or one case? ..faq
Unit Price is the price for one piece and the Minimum Quantity is the number of pieces you must at least purchase for that specific item.
How do I purchase items? ..faq
You must first login or sign-up for an account at HolisticMag.net. After you have done this, you can go over to the catalog to view our products and click on 'Order Now' to add any item to your shopping cart. At any time you can click on the 'Current Order' button at the top-right of any page to view your current order and to check-out.
Do you offer volume pricing? ..faq
Quantity discounts will be offered to volume purchases. Discounts are based on the total size of the entire order. Please read our Available soon for detailed discount information.
How come my discounts don't show up when I check out?
Discounts will be applied after an order has been submitted. We review each order before it is sent to the warehouse to be packed, and will apply, if any, discounts and credits available for your order.
What are the shipping charges? ..faq
You only pay for the actual shipping amount that the shipping carrier charges us for. This will be determined by the shipping method of your choosing, and the weight, size, and destination of the package(s). Shipping will be added after the order has been packed and weighed. Once your payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with the shipping charges, order total, and tracking number(s). Usually, domestic shipping charges will cost around 10-15% of the order total for general items such as jewelry and accessories. For mannequins, domestic shipping will cost between $20-$60 each depending on which state it is being shipped to.

Can I do C.O.D? ..faq
C.O.D. (collect on delivery) payments can only be applied to orders that are shipped via continental US domestic ground services, excluding glassware, mannequins, racks, items that start with the ID "PMP, "CE, or "CNH", and other large items. Please note that an additional carrier's surcharge of $8.50 per package will be applied to the shipping total. Other restrictions may apply. If C.O.D. payment is selected and cannot be accepted, then customer will be notified for further shipping options.
Do you ship to my country? ..faq
For destinations within the continental United States, we will ship via UPS or FedEx. For HI, AK, all other US territories, and international destinations, we will ship via USPS Priority or Express (EMS). Restrictions, custom delays, and duty fees may apply to international shipping.
